In Precinct 08/19 (Malatia-Sebastia, where many irregularities were discovered), an observer noted an unstamped envelope. The non-stamped envelopes are usually a sign of ballot stuffing, and this vote was invalidated, but the precinct chairman hid all other envelopes so no one could see the remaining ballots.
